Our 2013 Innovations Award, this year focuses on self-care projects. (We also run an award for patients who demonstrate excellent self-care - read about it here)

Self-care is about empowering people with skills and information to enable them to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. It’s about helping people to take responsibility for their health and increase their resilience.
